The global music festival, which began on January 16, 2026, transformed Rhythm Park in Cherngtalay Subdistrict, Thalang District, Phuket, with international-standard music, lighting, and visual effects. Large numbers of Thai and international visitors attended the event, creating continuous activity in the surrounding areas from day to night.

During the event, hotels, accommodations, restaurants, and tourism-related services nearby saw a noticeable increase in occupancy and customer activity, reflecting strong visitor spending linked to the festival and broader travel within Phuket.

On the first day alone, more than 30,000 attendees joined, generating income for local residents and businesses. Organizers estimate that EDC Thailand could generate over 10 billion baht in economic activity in Phuket over five years and attract more than 460,000 international visitors.
